Manage VOI desktop images

Perform this task to edit, delete, and download VOI desktop images.

Restrictions and guidelines

ARM hosts do not support VOI desktop images in current software version.

Edit a VOI desktop image

1. From the left navigation pane, select Images.

2. Click the Desktop Images tab.

3. Click Edit in the Actions column for the VOI desktop image to be edited.

4. In the dialog box that opens, edit the settings as needed, and then click OK.

Delete a VOI desktop image

1. From the left navigation pane, select Images.

2. Click the Desktop Images tab.

3. Click Delete in the Actions column for the VOI desktop image to be edited.

4. Click OK in the confirmation dialog box that opens.

Download a VOI desktop image

 

·          The desktop image is downloaded to the path set for the browser. ·          For further use of a VOI desktop image that will be uploaded to Space Console, do not edit its name after downloading it successfully.

 

1. From the left navigation pane, select Images.

2. Click the Desktop Images tab.

3. Click Download in the Actions column for the VOI desktop image to be downloaded to start downloading the desktop image.

Migrate a VOI desktop image

 

For migration to succeed, do no migrate an image that is being edited or downloaded.

 

Procedure

1. From the left navigation pane, select Images.

2. Click the Desktop Images tab.

3. Click More in the Actions column for the desktop image to be migrated. From the dropdown menu, select Migrate.

4. In the dialog box that opens, select the migration destination address, click OK.

Parameters

Destination Address: Destination IP address of the desktop image migration.
