Perform this task to view the basic settings, advanced settings, hardware, CPU usage, and memory usage information about a VM.
From the left navigation pane, select Data Center >Virtualization > Cluster name > Host name > VM name.
Host: Name and IP address of the host where the VM resides.
State: Current state of the VM. When an HA failure is displayed, you can click the icon next to this parameter to resolve the issue.
OS: Operating system of the VM.
Version: OS version of the VM.
Drivers and Tools: State of VdiAgent and CAStools installed on the VM.
Drivers and Tools Version: Version of VdiAgent and CAStools on the VM.
Storage: Size of the disks.
Created At: Time when the VM was created.
Uptime: The time for which the VM has been running since it was started.
Last Shutdown Time: Time when the VM was shut down most recently.
Console: Console type for VM login. The current software version supports only VNC console.
VNC Port: VNC port number for remotely logging in to the VM.
VNC Proxy: Whether VNC proxy is enabled for the VM.
Auto Migration: Whether automatic migration is enabled for the VM.
Protection Mode: Whether protection mode is enabled for the VM.
Description: Enter a description for the VM.
CAStools: State of CAStools.
CAStools Version: Version of CAStools.
Hardware: VM hardware information.
CPU: CPU configuration of the VM and the real-time CPU usage.
Memory: Memory configuration of the VM and the real-time memory usage.
Disk: VM Disk information, including disk capacity, bus type, cache mode, disk type, and base image. If the storage pool that contains the VM image file directory is not defined, the disk size is displayed as 0. After you create a local file directory storage pool by using the path of the image file, the disk size is correctly displayed.
Network: Network information for the VM, including the MAC address, IP address, VLAN ID, attached virtual switch, port profile, outbound bandwidth limit, outbound burst buffer size, inbound bandwidth limit, and inbound burst buffer size.
Floppy Disk: Floppy drive information about the VM, including size of the loaded floppy disk or image, bus type, floppy drive name, and the path for storing the image file.
CD-ROM: CD-ROM drive information for the VM, including size of the loaded CD or image, bus type, CD name, and the path for storing the image file.
CPU Usage: CPU usage trend graph. The horizontal axis represents the time in minutes, and the vertical axis represents the CPU usage.
