Host logs

This feature allows you to collect and download log files of the management and service nodes (such as cloud desktop, visualization, and storage) on Space Console. By default, logs of management nodes are collected. To collect logs of service nodes, select hosts in the service node list. You can download the collected log files to a local file.

Collect host logs

1. From the left navigation pane, select System > Logs > System Logs.

2. On the Host Logs tab, enter the log file size, select a time span, select service nodes to collect logs, and then click Collect Logs.

3. After the host log collection, the compressed file package is automatically downloaded to the local.

·          Only cloud desktops and virtualization modules support customizing the log file size and time range of log files to be collected. For other modules, all log files are collected. ·          The system uses the value in the log file size field to limit each log file size for cloud desktops and virtualization modules. By default, the log file size is 100 MB. If a log file exceeds this limit, the exceeding part will not be collected.
