Perform this task to view and delete gateway alarms, and configure gateway alarm policies. The system supports only detecting connectivity between Space Console and internal ports of a gateway.
From the left navigation pane, select System > Alarms > Gateway Alarms.
Enter the filter criteria, and click the filter icon.
Name: Specify the name of the gateway.
Internal IP Address: Internal IP address of the gateway.
Type: Type of the internal IP address. Options include VDP and Virtual Application.
Generated At: Time when the gateway alarm was generated.
Alarm Email State: Displays whether email notifications have been sent. If you enable Email Notification for Alarms and complete the configuration for the email notifications, the system will send alarm emails.
Alarm SMS State: Displays whether alarm SMSs have been sent. If you enable SMS Notification for Alarms and complete the configuration for the SMS notifications, the system will send alarm SMSs.
State: State of the gateway alarm. If the gateway connectivity recovers, the state is Recovered.
Cleared At: Time when the gateway alarm was recovered.
Last Alarm Time: The latest time when the alarm was generated.
Alarm Counts: Repeat times of the gateway alarm reports.
From the left navigation pane, select System > Alarms > Gateway Alarms.
To delete gateway alarms, perform one of the following tasks:
To bulk delete gateway alarms, select one or multiple gateway alarms from the list, click Bulk Delete on top of the list. In the dialog box that opens, click OK.
To delete a specified gateway alarm, click Delete in the Actions column for the target gateway alarm. In the dialog box that opens, click OK.
Perform this task to configure the following features:
Real-Time Monitoring Policy: With this feature enabled, gateway alarms will be generated if the gateway meets the requirements of this policy.
Email Notification for Alarms: With this feature enabled, gateway alarms will be sent to specified email addresses.
SMS Notification for Alarms: With this feature enabled, gateway alarms will be sent to specified phone numbers.

From the left navigation pane, select System > Alarms > Gateway Alarms, and click the Gateway Alarm Policies tab.
Click Edit at the bottom of Real-Time Monitoring Policy, configure related parameters, and then click Save.
Click Edit at the bottom of Alarm Notifications, enable or disable Email Notification for Alarms or SMS Notification for Alarms, and then click Save.
Gateway Alarm Detection: Set whether to enable gateway alarm detection. With this feature enabled, a gateway alarm will be reported if it meets the detection conditions.
Detection Interval: Set the detection interval for the gateway connectivity. This feature can be configured after you enable Gateway Alarm Detection.
