Gateway alarms (office scenario)

Perform this task to view and delete gateway alarms, and configure gateway alarm policies. The system supports only detecting connectivity between Space Console and internal ports of a gateway.

View gateway alarms

  1. From the left navigation pane, select System > Alarms > Gateway Alarms.

  1. Enter the filter criteria, and click the filter icon.

  1. From the left navigation pane, select System > Alarms > Gateway Alarms.

  1. To delete gateway alarms, perform one of the following tasks:

Manage gateway alarm policies

Perform this task to configure the following features:

 

  • Before enabling email notification for alarms, complete the configuration in "Email notifications."

  • Before enabling SMS notification for alarms, complete the configuration in "SMS notifications."

  • If gateway alarm policies are not configured, the system does not report gateway alarms. By default, Space Console checks the gateway status every 5 minutes, and displays check results on the State column of the Private IP Address field on the details page of a gateqway from the System > Advanced Settings > Gateway Settings page.

 

Procedure

  1. From the left navigation pane, select System > Alarms > Gateway Alarms, and click the Gateway Alarm Policies tab.

  1. Click Edit at the bottom of Real-Time Monitoring Policy, configure related parameters, and then click Save.

  1. Click Edit at the bottom of Alarm Notifications, enable or disable Email Notification for Alarms or SMS Notification for Alarms, and then click Save.
