View the maximum number of online users
This feature collects online user statistics on a per day basis. The statistics include the peak number of concurrent online users and the peak number of online users that log in through a gateway.
Procedure
From the navigation pane, select Statistics Reports > Online Users. You are placed on the online user overview page. By default, the global online user statistics are displayed in a line chart.
(Optional.) Click Default Group, and then select a resource of an organization.
To display max online users statistics for a desktop pool or desktop pool group, click Desktop Pool or Desktop Pool Group.
Perform the following tasks as required:
Click the
icon at the top right corner to display the statistics by list.
Click the
icon at the top right corner to display the statistics by line graph.
Click the
icon to display the statistics in data view.
