Perform this task to collect and download the log files of the system, hosts managed by the system, and the container engine.
If the system fails to collect log files for a host, the host name will be displayed on the page that appears after the log file collection.
On the top navigation bar, click System.
From the left navigation pane, select Operation Logging > Collect Log Files.
In the Collect Host Log Files area, enter the log file size, select a time range, specify the log file size, select the target hosts for log collection, and then click Collect.
To download the log files, click Download. To collect log files again, click Recollect.
Log File Size: Specify the size (in MB) of log files that the system can collect for each host. If the log file size of a host exceeds this limit, the system compresses the log file, and a log file can be compressed for at most 10 times. If the log file size drops below this limit after a compression, the system stops the log collection task for the host. If the log file size exceeds this limit after every one of the 10 compressions, the system also stops the log collection task for the host.
Time Range: Select the time range for log file collection. Options include 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 4 days, 5 days, 6 days, 1 week, 1 month, and Not Limited.
Select Hosts: Select the hosts for which the system collect log files.
An operator must have log file collection and container engine permissions to perform this task.
On the top navigation bar, click System.
From the left navigation pane, select Operation Logging > Collect Log Files.
In the Collect Container Engine Log Files area, click Collect.
