This issue might occur if one of the following conditions exists:
Conditions that cause issue "VMs in the same subnet on the same host cannot reach each other" or issue "VMs in the same subnet on different hosts cannot reach each other."
The two subnets are not connected to the same router or the connected router operates incorrectly.
Incorrect aggregation settings on the service OVS or gateway OVS.
Incorrect VLAN settings on the peer switch.
To resolve the issue, use methods described in "VMs in the same subnet on the same host cannot reach each other" and "VMs in the same subnet on different hosts cannot reach each other" to examine each node that participate in packet transmission.
