Manage disaster recovery storage nodes

ARM hosts do not support disaster recovery storage node management.

A disaster recovery storage node distributes and processes data during service protection and data transmission and can provide more storage space and capabilities. Only a host that operates as a disaster recovery storage node can be used as the destination host for a recovered VM.
