CVM issues port rules to affected hosts to enable or disable ports when the following events occur:
The Tomcat service on the CVM hosts restarts.
Hosts are added or connected.
Port rules are added, modified, enabled, or disabled.
When hosts are added or connected, port rules are issued only to the added or connected hosts. In other situations, port rules are issued to all hosts.
Host port rules are supported only when the secure mode is enabled.
