You can configure, upload, and install anti-virus packages. The uploaded anti-virus package must be a .tar.gz file, and the file must be an installation program after decompression. Hosts will automatically install the uploaded anti-virus package.
By default, the anti-virus service is disabled on a VM. You can enable the anti-virus service for VMs one by one or batch enable the anti-virus service for multiple VMs.
Before enabling the anti-virus service for a VM, shut down the VM. The anti-virus service takes effect after the VM starts again.
Do not close the window or browser during the uploading process.
Do not upgrade UIS directly if anti-virus is enabled. To upgrade UIS when anti-virus is enabled, see H3C UIS VM Anti-Virus Configuration Guide.
On the top navigation bar, click System, and then select Security Management > Anti-Virus from the navigation pane.
Select a vendor and enter the directory for saving the anti-virus package.
Click any area of the dotted area to select an anti-virus package.
Click Start to upload the anti-virus package.
After the anti-virus package is successfully uploaded, the system automatically installs the anti-virus package for hosts.
Click Check to check the installation state of the anti-virus package on each host.
To manually install the anti-virus package for a host, click the icon in the Actions column of the host or click Install.
