Operation logs record the operations that all operators perform on the UIS Manager. A log records the login name, operator name, finish time, login IP address, operation type, operation description, operation result, and failure reason of an operation.
Operation logs with login name $SYSTEM record the automatic tasks of the system. For example, after the system performs an automatic VM backup, the system generates an operation log with login name $SYSTEM and operator name $SYSTEM.
Operation logs with login name admin@VMC-RS were generated when third-party systems call the REST interface of the system.
A log cannot be deleted until its retention period expires. For more information about operation log retention period, see "Configure system parameters."
