Download and install HammerDB

1. Visit https://www.hammerdb.com/download.html.

2. Download a HammerDB installation package

3. Create a Windows VM on UIS and copy the installation package to the VM.

4. Double-click the HammerDB-2.23-Win-x86-64-Setup.exe file and install HammerDB.
