The system uses operation logs to record user operations on Space Center. You can filter, clear, and export operation logs in the system.
From the left navigation pane, select System Settings > Logs.
The page that opens displays all operation logs in the system.
Click Advanced Search.
In the dialog box that opens, set the filtering criteria, and then click OK.
The page that opens displays the operation logs matching the filtering criteria.
Username: Enter the name of the account used to log in to Space Center.
Operator Name: Enter the name of the operator that logged in to Space Center.
Operated At: Specify a time range for the operation log.
IP: Enter the IP address of the computer used to perform the operation.
Description: Enter the description of the operation.
Action Type: Select an action type, for example, Homepage, Organization Management, and Resource Management.
Event Type: Select an event type, for example, Add, Edit, and Delete.
Result: Select a result. Options include Succeeded, Failed, and Partly succeeded.
From the left navigation pane, select System Settings > Logs.
On the page that opens, click Clear.
In the dialog box that opens, select a date for the Clear Logs Before field.
Click OK.
From the left navigation pane, select System Settings > Logs.
On the page that opens, click Export.
Configure export parameters as described in “Filter operation logs.”
Click OK.
Perform this task to download system logs within a selected time period to the local device.
From the left navigation pane, select System Settings > Logs.
Click Collect System Logs, and specify the start time and end time for the system logs to be exported.
