On the top navigation bar, click Cloud Services, and then select Application Orchestration from the App Service menu.
From the left navigation pane, select Service Settings.
The Service Settings page displays resources for application orchestration.
View resource categories in the left section. You also can click Create Category to create resource categories as needed.
View brief information about system-defined resources in the right section. Resource brief information includes the name, ID, publish state, supplier, service, resource, and description of the resources.
The Publish State field displays the publish state of resources. By default, the publish state of system-defined resources is Published. For system-defined resources that are rarely used, you can set its publish state to Not Published. A resource in not published state will not be provided for users.
To view detailed information about a resource, click Update Body in the Actions column for a resource. Detailed information includes the category, icon, thumbnails, alias, and template content of the resource.
The Template Content field displays the configurable data and dependency (including the naming rule, dependable resources, and schedulable applications) for the resource, which define the way that the resource can be used in templates.
Click Back to return to the Service Settings page.
On the top navigation bar, click Cloud Services, and then select Application Orchestration from the App Service menu.
From the left navigation pane, select Service Settings.
Click Add Category in the left bottom corner of the page. Then, configure category parameters as needed, and click OK.
As a best practice, plan and configure resource categories according to the actual service scenario.
Click Create. Then, configure resource parameters as needed.
