Delete an image or image version

When you do not need an image or some versions of an image, you can perform this task to delete the corresponding image files to release the storage space.

Delete an image

You can delete images from the image list in the public repository or private repository.

1. On the top navigation bar, click Business Apps.

2. From the left navigation pane, select Software Center > Image Repositories.

3. Click the Public Repository tab to open the public repository page. Alternatively, click the Private Repository tab, and click the name of a project to open the image list page for the project.

4. Click More in the Actions column for an image, and then select Delete.

5. If you select all versions of an image, the whole image will be deleted. If you select only part of versions of an image, only the selected versions will be deleted.

6. Click OK.

Delete an image version

You can enter the details page for an image in the public repository or private repository. On the image version list, you can select an image version of the image and delete it.

1. On the top navigation bar, click Business Apps.

2. From the left navigation pane, select Software Center > Image Repositories.

3. Click the Public Repository tab to open the public repository page. Alternatively, click the Private Repository tab, and click the name of a project to open the image list page for the project.

4. Click the name for the image of the versions to be deleted to enter the image details page.

5. Select one or multiple versions to be deleted, and click Delete. The confirmation dialog box opens.

6. Confirm the information, click OK.
