Access a Linux cloud host

Access by using the SSH password

1. Open an SSH tool, enter the IP address in the format of ssh IP_address, and then press Enter.

2. Enter the username. The default username is root.

3. Select the password authentication method and enter the password.

Access by using the SSH key

1. Open an SSH tool, enter the IP address in the format of ssh IP_address, and then press Enter.

2. Enter the username. The default username is root.

3. Select the public key authentication method, browse to the key file, and enter the password.

Access through the console

1. On the top navigation bar, click Cloud Services, and then select Cloud Hosts from the Compute menu.

2. Click Console for the target cloud host.

3. Enter the password to access the operating system of the cloud host.
