Cloud host template
A cloud host template defines the AZ, image, and host flavors (CPU, memory, storage type, and system disk settings) that can be used to fast create cloud hosts. You can use a cloud host template to create multiple cloud hosts with the same software and hardware specifications in bulk. This feature is applicable to bulk cloud host deployment or cloud host application through the self-service process.
Tasks at a glance
Create a cloud host template
On the top navigation bar, click Network, and then select Cloud Hosts from the Compute menu.
From the left navigation pane, select Advanced Settings.
Select Cloud Host Templates.
Click Create.
Specify template parameters as needed.
Click OK.

Specify the image source for the host operating system. You can specify a public, private (available to non-system administrators), or host image. Make sure the target image has been uploaded or the host image has been created. |

Select the general, vGPU, or GPU cloud host type. |

Specify the size of the system disk. |
Filter cloud host templates
You can filter cloud host templates by name, image, flavor, hypervisor, user, AZ, or description.
To filter cloud host templates:
On the top navigation bar, click Network, and then select Cloud Hosts from the Compute menu.
From the left navigation pane, select Advanced Settings.
Select Cloud Host Templates.
Select a filtering criterion type, and then enter the keyword.
Click the search icon

Delete cloud host templates
On the top navigation bar, click Network, and then select Cloud Hosts from the Compute menu.
From the left navigation pane, select Advanced Settings.
Select Cloud Host Templates.
Perform either of the following tasks:
To delete a single cloud host template, click Delete for the template.
To delete multiple cloud host templates, select the templates, and then click Delete.
