After you create a recycle bin for a directory, all files or folders deleted from the directory will be saved in the recycle bin. You can delete, restore, or move files or folders in the recycle bin.
You cannot create a recycle bin for the root directory of the file system.
You can create only one recycle bin for a directory. If a directory has a recycle bin, you cannot create a recycle bin for its parent directory or subdirectories.
If a directory has a quota, you cannot create a recycle bin for the directory or its parent directory.
If a directory has a snapshot, you cannot create a recycle bin for the directory, its parent directory, or its subdirectories.
You cannot create a recycle bin for a WORM root directory, its parent directory, or its subdirectories
You can delete only empty recycle bins.
When you restore a file, if the original path of the file does not exist, the system will recreate the path first. If the name of a directory in the path has been used by another file in the same location as the directory, the system cannot recreate the path. In this case, the file cannot be restored.
You cannot move files in a recycle bin to the root directory of the file system.

On the top navigation bar, click Storage, and then select File Storage > Directories from the navigation pane.
Click the Recycle Bins tab, and then click Create.
Configure the parameters as needed."

In the dialog box that opens, click OK.
Perform this task to view information about files in a recycle bin, including the file name, original path, deletion time, editing time, status, and file details.
To view files in a recycle bin:
On the top navigation bar, click Storage, and then select File Storage > Directories from the navigation pane.
Click the Recycle Bins tab.
Click the directory of a recycle bin.
(Optional.) To view another recycle bin, click Select Recycle Bin, and then click a directory in the dialog box that opens.
On the top navigation bar, click Storage, and then select File Storage > Directories from the navigation pane.
Click the Recycle Bins tab.
Click the directory of a recycle bin.
Click Delete in the Actions column for a file.
In the dialog box that opens, click OK.
(Optional.) To select another recycle bin, click the Select Recycle Bin button, and then click a directory in the dialog box that opens.

Click the Recycle Bins tab.
Click the directory of a recycle bin.
Click Restore in the Actions column for a file.
In the dialog box that opens, click OK.
If the original path does not have a file or folder with the same name, the operation finishes.
If the original path has a file with the same name, a dialog box opens:
To overwrite the existing file, click Yes.
To retain the existing file, click No. The target file will be restored with a suffix automatically added to its name.
To cancel the operation, close the dialog box.
If the original path has a folder with the same name, a dialog box opens:
To continue the operation, click Continue. The target file will be restored with a suffix automatically added to its name.
To cancel the operation, close the dialog box.

Click the Recycle Bins tab.
Click the directory of a recycle bin.
Click Move in the Actions column for a file.
In the dialog box that opens, click OK.
Select the target path, and then click OK.
If the selected path does not have a file or folder with the same name, the operation finishes.
If the original path has a file with the same name, a dialog box opens:
To overwrite the existing file, click Yes.
To retain the existing file, click No. The target file will be moved with a suffix automatically added to its name.
To cancel the operation, close the dialog box.
If the original path has a folder with the same name, a dialog box opens:
To continue the operation, click Continue. The target file will be moved with a suffix automatically added to its name.
To cancel the operation, click Cancel or close the dialog box.
Status: Status of a file in the recycle bin. Options include:
To Be Deleted—The file will be cleared by the recycle bin automatically because the file has been deleted abnormally or the retention period of the file has expired. You cannot perform any operation on a file in To Be Deleted state.
Moving/Restoring—The file is being moved or restored.
