- Registration requirement
- Anyone interested in H3C and its products;
- Need to provide a normally used email address, which can receive in time the feedback information from H3C website system;

Student User Type
- Registration requirement
- All technical engineers who have a H3C technical certificate (all levels) or interns attending a H3C technical certificate training currently
- Need to provide a normally used email address, which can receive in time the feedback information from H3C website system;
- Need to provide specific information as below
- Initial
- Affiliation H3C ID
- PROMETRIC ID
- ID CARD
- Authorized Right Introduction
Registered Reseller User Type
Agents who have a H3C “Registered Reseller” certification. If you would like to have the corresponding account of H3C website, don’t need to fill in online user registration application, please send your request directly to this email address: partner_application@h3c.com
- Registration requirement
- Company (not individual user) not yet have H3C “Registered Reseller” certification and would like to apply for it.
- Meet H3C business requirements for “Registered Reseller”certificated agent
- Need to provide specific information as below
- Company full name, contact name, Phone number, company address
- Contact company email address, which can receive in time the feedback information from H3C website system
- Other business information for qualifying your company meet H3C business requirements for “Registered Reseller”certificated agent.
- The registration application form which you fill in online will be sent to H3C channel management department for approval, if passed, your company will become the H3C official certificated agent. And then your use account will be created automatically on H3C website with the user name and password filled in before
- Authorized Right Introduction
Certified Partner User Type
Agents who have a H3C"Registered Partner" certification. If you would like to have the corresponding account of H3C website, don't need to fill in online user registration application, please send your request directly to this email address: partner_application@h3c.com

Employee User Type
Registration requirement
- Need to be H3C full time employee
- Need to provide specific information as below
- account name required format: the first English word of your name + work code (5 or 6 numbers)
- your H3C email address(required format:xxx@h3c.com);

- Account application process introduction
- For CommonUser and Student user type, the account is validate right after registration application, no need to be examined and approved
- Registered Reseller、Certified Partner、Advanced Certified Partner、Employee user type need H3C internal approval after application, (for registration requirement please see introductions above).The account will be validate after being approved, and you will receive an inform email at the email address you used when create the account.
- If user above has not been approved, you will also receive an inform email at the email address you used when created this account, your submitted profile will be deleted. You can submit again the request when you reach H3C registration requirement
- Account Timeliness Management
For the four user types below, H3C will regularly remind you to update your password. At the 90th day after your latest password update，H3C will send a remind email at your email address used for registration, you can update your password with instructions in this mail. The password update action is required to be completed in 30 days after you receive the remind email. If not H3C will prohibit this account whose password has not been updated.

- If you have not update your password in time for some reasons, your account will not be able to use again. The system will remind you that your account is out of date, you can contact H3C website manager(webmaster@h3c.com)and apply to active your account. After confirmation of your application validity, H3C will reset your password and send it to the email address that you used when creating this account.
- How to modify your profile and password
Step 1: visit H3C website (www.h3c.com), and log in with your current account / password;
Step 2: After log in successfully, click again the "Login" link at the top of the website. After accessing the interface below, you can modify your profile and log in password.
- How to retrieve the password
If you forgot your password, the following way can be taken to retrieve it.
Step 1: Visit H3C Website (www.h3c.com), click the "Login" link at the top of the website.
Step 2: Click the link "forgot my password" showed as below
Step 3: Fill in your user name and your email address you used when you created your account at the interface showed below, and then click "Recover Password"
Step 4: Your password will be reset by H3C and then send to your email address you used when you created your account.
