Product Training for TeleTech Took an End Successfully

H3C held S5100-EI product training in TeleTech Headquarter, Englewood from February 27 to 29, 2008. The three-day training involved 10 engineers, among them six attended face to face training while the other four, Video Conference.

TeleTech is a leading global business process outsourcing (BPO) company with 50,000 members that provides a full range of front- to back-office outsourced solutions. Its huge business system requires a great amount of network equipments. H3C S5100-EI became their choice and would be applied in its network.

This training aimed to introduce S5100-EI product features, configuration and maintenance by Lecture plus Demonstration. TeleTech engineers were deeply attracted and had hot discussion, also suggested their satisfactory by the final evaluation result.

This training was a verification of H3C good training capability and further, a foundation for fully cooperation in the future.
