Product training of MSR (Multiple Service Routers) Series Routers was held in Munich on December 5, 2007. The three-day training provided 3Com System Engineers with systematic acknowledgement of MSR product, involving trainees from Germany, Italy, Spain and South Africa. During the training, H3C instructor adopted flexible teaching modes in order to enhance training effectiveness, which got the trainees’ commendations.  

The training cause included the following parts:

1.          MSR Series Routers - Product Introduction

2.          MSR Series Routers - Basic Maintenance

3.          MSR Series Routers - Security Features

4.          MSR Series Routers - Voice Features

5.          MSR Series Routers - Switching Features

6.          MSR Series Routers - Quality of Service

7.          MSR Series Routers - Common Faults and Troubleshooting

After the training, one of the trainees indicated:” I found the instructor very helpful and very willing to answer any problem or questions we had”. Furthermore, most of the trainees contended that they benefited a lot from the training, which was helpful for promoting MSR products in the future.
