(2)Implementation process:

Project team setup: Determine a project manager and set up an implementation team.

Project preparation: Hold a kickoff coordination meeting, determine the implementation solution, and guide the customer to make project preparations.

Project implementation: Conduct the unpacking inspection, hardware installation, software debugging and project quality management.

↓

Project test and preliminary acceptance: Work with the customer to implement the project test and preliminary acceptance (if necessary).

Cutover for network access: Work with the customer to accomplish the cutover of network devices.

Project document delivery: Deliver the technical documents to the customer.

Project acceptance: Implement the project acceptance.
