H3C set to build extensive channel partnership in Hong Kong
May 8, 2008, Hong Kong---H3C Technologies, the leading Internet architecture solution vendor, today announced that it will work jointly with more channel partners in Hong Kong to deliver converged, secure and open network infrastructure for all sizes of enterprises and businesses.
At its Partner Conference held in Hong Kong today, H3C announced a range of business enhancement plans to deliver more benefits to its partners, which in turn would bring benefits to end users.
“The enhancements will provide the channel partners with greater opportunities for growth and profitability and reward partners based on their increasing commitment and expertise in selling H3C products and solutions,” said Harry Liu, Country Manager of H3C in Hong Kong. “With high quality, cost-effective products and solutions, as well as quick-responding customer service and support, we are able to deliver more value to both our partners and end-users,” he said.
The enhancement includes:
i) A rich product portfolio including high-end routers, core routing switches and mid-to-low end networking devices, plus new product lines of IP surveillance, IP storage, to address customers’ demands for comprehensive IP-based network structure.

ii) H3C is committed to providing local partners with stronger support and services.
H3C sets the industry standard by upgrading warranty for hardware to a limited lifetime level, which refers to the lifetime of the product owned by the customers, or five years after the end of life of the product, whichever takes place first. Additionally, the H3Care Service program offers resellers technical support services, from remote and on-site technical support, advanced hardware replacement, website registered self-service and software update. Customers in the small, medium and large enterprise space will be able to experience better post-sales support, limited lifetime warranty as well as solution availability. In addition, H3C will provide partners with more product knowledge and solution trainings to cater to their end-users’ needs.
iii) The newly launched H3Community Program will help streamline the SMB solution go-to-market process, and reward partners selling these products with project rebates plus many other new benefits. Additional H3Community program components include access to the online tools that provide partners with greater visibility into their H3C project deals and quick and easy access to the latest information.
