Perform this task to configure the SMTP server.
SMTP provides mail services based on FTP and is mainly used to transfer system mails and notifications.
On the top navigation bar, click System.
From the left navigation pane, select Parameters.
Click the Email Server tab.
Configure the parameters as described in "Parameters."
Click Email Test.
Click Save.
Server Address: Enter the domain name or IP address of the SMTP server.
Port Number: Specify the TCP port number of the SMTP server.
Require Auth: Enable or disable identity authentication. By default, identity authentication is disabled.
Encoding Type: Select an encoding type. Options include UTF-8 and GB2312.
Username: Enter the username for accessing the SMTP server. This parameter is required if you enable identity authentication.
Password: Enter the password for the user to access the SMTP server. This parameter is required if you enable identity authentication.
Sender Address: Enter the email address of the sender.
