You cannot create snapshots for a consistency group that does not contain any block devices.
Before rolling back a consistency group snapshot, stop the services on all block devices in the consistency group and remove these block devices from the client group.
On the top navigation bar, click Storage, and then select Block Device > Local Backup > Consistency Group Snapshots from the left navigation pane.
Select a disk pool, and then click Add.
Configure the snapshot information, select the target consistency group, and then click OK.
On the top navigation bar, click Storage, and then select Block Device > Local Backup > Consistency Group Snapshots from the left navigation pane.
Select a disk pool and consistency group.
All snapshots of the consistency group are displayed on the page.
To view member snapshots of a consistency group snapshot, click the name of the consistency group snapshot.
On the top navigation bar, click Storage, and then select Block Device > Local Backup > Consistency Group Snapshots from the left navigation pane.
Select a disk pool and consistency group, and then click the icon in the Actions column for the target snapshot.
Edit the description as needed, and then click OK.
On the top navigation bar, click Storage, and then select Block Device > Local Backup > Consistency Group Snapshots from the left navigation pane.
Select a disk pool and consistency group, click the icon in the Actions column for the target snapshot, or select multiple snapshots and click Delete.
In the dialog box that opens, click OK.
In the dialog box that opens, enter the character string as required, and then click OK.
Rolling back a consistency group snapshot restores all block devices in the consistency group to the state they were when the snapshot was taken.
To roll back a consistency group snapshot:
On the top navigation bar, click Storage, and then select Block Device > Local Backup > Consistency Group Snapshots from the left navigation pane.
Select a disk pool and consistency group, and then click the icon in the Actions column for the target snapshot.
In the dialog box that opens, enter the character string as required, and then click OK.
On the top navigation bar, click Storage, and then select Block Device > Local Backup > Consistency Group Snapshots from the left navigation pane.
Select a disk pool and consistency group, and then click the name of the target consistency group snapshot.
Click the state in the State column for the target member snapshot.
On the top navigation bar, click Storage, and then select Block Device > Local Backup > Consistency Group Snapshots from the left navigation pane.
Select a disk pool and consistency group, and then click Create in the Writable Consistency Group Snapshots column for the target consistency group snapshot.
Configure the parameters, and then click OK.
On the top navigation bar, click Storage, and then select Block Device > Local Backup > Consistency Group Snapshots from the left navigation pane.
Select a disk pool and consistency group, and then click the name of the target consistency group snapshot.
Click the Writable Snapshot Members tab.
On the top navigation bar, click Storage, and then select Block Device > Local Backup > Consistency Group Snapshots from the left navigation pane.
Select a disk pool and consistency group, and then click the name in the Writable Consistency Group Snapshot column for the target consistency group snapshot.
Edit the description as needed, and then click OK.
Deleting a writable consistency group snapshot also deletes all its snapshot members.
To delete a writable consistency group snapshot, you must first detach all its member snapshots from client groups.
To delete a writable consistency group snapshot:
On the top navigation bar, click Storage, and then select Block Device > Local Backup > Consistency Group Snapshots from the left navigation pane.
Select a disk pool and consistency group, and then click the icon in the Writable Consistency Group Snapshot column for the target consistency group snapshot.
Enter the character string as required, and then click OK.
After you map a writable consistency group snapshot member to a client group, all clients in the client group can access the storage resources on the member snapshot.
To map a writable consistency group snapshot member to a client group:
On the top navigation bar, click Storage, and then select Block Device > Local Backup > Consistency Group Snapshots from the left navigation pane.
Select a disk pool and consistency group, and then click the name of a consistency group snapshot.
Click the Writable Snapshot Members tab.
Click the icon in the Actions column for the target member snapshot, or select multiple member snapshots and click Map.
Select a client group, and then click OK.
Consistency Group: Consistency group to which the consistency snapshot belongs.
Created At: Time when the snapshot was created.
Name: Name of the consistency snapshot, which is automatically generated by the system based on the name of the consistency group snapshot.
Block Device: Block device to which the consistency snapshot belongs.
Disk Pool: Disk pool to which the consistency snapshot belongs.
Total Capacity: Capacity of the consistency snapshot.
Mapping Status: Whether the consistency snapshot has been mapped to a client group.
State: Consistency snapshot state, which can be one of the following:
Normal: The snapshot member is normal.
Creating: The snapshot member is being created or failed to be created.
Deleting: The snapshot member is being deleted or failed to be deleted.
Rolling Back: The snapshot member is being rolled back.
Rollback Failed: The consistency snapshot failed to be rolled back. You can manually roll back the consistency snapshot again.
Name: Name of the writable consistency snapshot, which is automatically generated by the system based on the name of the writable consistency group snapshot.
Block Device: Block device to which the writable consistency snapshot belongs.
Disk Pool: Disk pool to which the writable consistency snapshot belongs.
Total Capacity: Capacity of the writable consistency snapshot.
Mapping Status: Whether the writable consistency snapshot has been mapped to a client group.
Created At: Time when the snapshot was created.
